Here's what we did today.
Max went to school while I went to Walmart and Kohl both twice.
I bought mostly items for the house. As well as flowers and marbles for Tiffany vase, curtains and rod. I bought 4 small rod each were 97 cents at Walmart in Franklin! Went to Kohl's and bought spring floor mat. I happen to be in front of a lady and a daughter and they asked Cashier to see if can use two 15% discount kohl card. A lady said no so she used one and decided to give it to me. i mouthed and said "Thank You". She asked me if i'm Deaf. I said yes. She and i introduce to each other and found she is a interpreter for public schools! Sweet! I went up and paid only $20 and saved $40!! What a lucky day!
Until then when i arrive home i asked Max to help me take off the tag on the mat. He pulled so hard that it ripped!
So we went back to store and replaced. Yes we still get 15% off on it. Whew!
After replacing it we stop by Wendy's for dinner on Valentine's Day. We didn't really want to do a BIG celebration. Anyhoo i finally got to get put up most of the curtains and rods up. Luckily fot me is that there are already metal thing to hold the rod on most of windows! What a GREAT day!
The reason why Max and i don't do big celebrate and gifts, balloons, candies and stuffed valentine dolls. Because we do things and work together. Thats all it matter to us. We didn't really feel the need to do gifts, cards and fancy restaurants. We're happy with what we have right now.
Valentine's Day is a good way to remind people what this holiday means. To love your family, friends and your loved one, children and God. Remeber always... You will always be loved!
